What happens when I hit the free cap?
A calm prompt appears in the widget. The app keeps running, just no new dictations until next Monday at 00:00 Europe/Brussels. The cap is a soft brake, not a hard wall.
Where is my data?
Audio streams into Voxtral and is discarded on response. Transcripts live in memory for the length of one request. Account data sits in Supabase Frankfurt. Billing identity is at Stripe (EU). Nothing crosses the Atlantic by default. Read the full architecture
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From the customer portal we link inside the app (Settings · Plans · Manage subscription). Your Pro features run until the end of the period you already paid for.
What does the Team early access include?
Team runs on the same EU-hosted stack as Pro, plus a shared organization dictionary, centralised billing, member administration, and an audit log. Pricing is €10 / user / month billed yearly (€13 monthly), minimum 3 seats. Email us to start a pilot. support@voxa.app
Refunds?
30 days, no questions. Reply to the receipt or email us and we send it back.
Will Pro cost more later?
Pilot pricing is €12/month yearly, €15/month monthly. If we raise prices, anyone already on Pro keeps the rate they signed up at, for as long as the subscription stays active.
